Donations in honor of someone are a great way to support DSNetwork while also honoring family and friends. You can make a donation in someone’s name as a gift, for a holiday, birthday, wedding, or other special occasion, or make a tribute gift to recognize someone special, celebrate their life, or commemorate a milestone. This is a meaningful way to show your appreciation for someone while also supporting the Down syndrome community.
We have a form dedicated to making a donation in honor of someone or in memory of someone. Donate in honor of someone by including the name of the honoree as well as their contact information on the form.
Once a donation is made, DSNetwork sends a special tribute email message to the recipient. To make a tribute donation online, use our secure online honor/memorial donation form. To donate by check, please include the donation details with your check, mailed to DSNetwork, 1445 E Guadalupe Rd. Ste 103, Tempe, AZ 85283.
