The Phoenix Zoo
The Down Syndrome Network of Arizona will host it’s 10th annual spring fundraising event – LIGHTS, CAMERA, AUCTION for Down Syndrome – on April 5, 2025 at the Phoenix Zoo from 6pm to 10pm. (18 and up event)
The purpose of the event is to:
- Recognize, honor and celebrate individuals and organizations that are making a difference in the Down syndrome community in Arizona
- Inspire others in the community to back our mission of education, advocacy and support for all those touched by Down syndrome
- Serve as financial support that fuels DSNetwork to execute critical initiatives and solutions for the local Down syndrome community
Pick out a Roaring 20’s flapper dress or jazz suit and join the fun festivities filled with cocktails, dinner, dancing, entertainment, casino royale games, raffles and more. Please note that this event is for adults 18 and up. All the proceeds support the comprehensive services of DSNetwork for thousands children and adults in Arizona with Down syndrome and their families.

Honorees
Every year, DSNetwork pays tribute to an outstanding group of honorees for their contributions made in our community toward the betterment of individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
The Event Selection Committee uses the following guidelines when evaluating nominations:
- DSNetwork Awards recognize those people who have contributed time and talent for the betterment of individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
- DSNetwork Board Members, employees of DSNetwork and any of these individual’s immediate family members are not eligible to be nominated for an award.
- Nominations will be evaluated with considerable attention given to the beneficiaries of the nominee’s activities and the impact those activities have had.
- Challenges the nominee has faced and how they overcame them.
- Submit a Nomination by FEB 14 (Thank you for all the nominations!)
- View the 2024 and 2023 outstanding group of honorees for contributions made is our community toward the betterment of individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
