321Go! Fitness/Nutrition Program – West Valley

DSNetwork has partnered with the National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS) and Special Strong this summer to bring you an 8 week program called 321Go! to learn about how to implement healthy lifestyle choices in physical activity, balanced nutrition, and emotional wellness. 321go! is a fun and easy set of 3 daily goals and 21 challenges that encourage a daily focus on overall wellbeing. Resources for the program provide education, support goal setting, and foster independent skills.

Every Tuesday from 6:30 to 8:00pm

Location: Southwest Valley Family YMCA, 2919 N Litchfield Road, Goodyear, AZ  85395
90 minute session of physical exercises, nutrition education, healthy snack and emotional wellness activities.
Ages: 14 and up (caregivers encouraged to join)
