Exercise

Healthy Bodies. Healthy Minds.

Fitness for all ages.

Physical activity has benefits for everyone.

People with Down syndrome have been reported to participate in less physical activity than other children and adults. Research specifically shows that regular exercise is especially important for people with Down syndrome. Engaging in regular activity helps with functional ability and independence. More and more studies are also finding a link between exercise and mental health and fitness. DSNetwork encourages you and your loved ones to incorporate regular fitness and exercise into your daily lives. We offer a variety of programs designed especially for people with Down syndrome for all age groups.
