Cynthia Macluskie is a licensed health insurance agent and nationally recognized disability advocate with over 20 years of experience navigating Medicaid (AHCCCS/ALTCS), Medicare, and private insurance systems. She has played a key role in passing impactful legislation for the developmental disability community and serves on numerous state and healthcare advisory committees. Passionate about improving access to care and systems navigation, Cynthia brings her expertise to DSNetwork’s webinar series supporting individuals with Down syndrome and their families across the lifespan.
