DESCRIPTION:Come join us for an evening of yoga! \nWith Moriah Salzman \nBodyAwake® Yoga\, developed by Dr. Sue Morter\, is an accessible practice (available to all skill levels) that enlivens your energetic system allowing you to discover a new sense of “self” as you anchor your consciousness deep in the core of your body. \nMoriah Salzman has been practicing BodyAwake Yoga since 2016. She received so many benefits from her personal practice that she decided to become a BodyAwake Yoga Certified Teacher in 2018. She has taught both in person and online classes and loves helping people to discover more about themselves through the practice of yoga.
