DESCRIPTION:Ever wanted to put on the gloves and get in the ring?\nDown to Box fitness classes are sixty minutes of high energy\, engaging and targeted boxing training specifically catered towards individuals needs and abilities. The class involves a warm-up\, conditioning\, group work\, movement practice and cool down to provide a fun and thorough class. \nGeared towards ages 13+ (younger participants considered on a case by case basis\, please email kaili@dsnetworkaz.org).\nThis is a 6 week class\, Thursdays at Banner Neuro Wellness in Downtown Gilbert.  \n$21 per class or $85 for all 6 classes (scholarships available)\nREGISTER NOW
