Learn new skills and play music with friends. This class will teach the basics of rhythm and drumming in a fun and accessible environment. Join us as we use popular music and drumming to help participants learn social skills\, teamwork\, communication skills\, and more! All abilities are welcome. \n  \nUPBeat and UPLifted Voices are designed and facilitated by Board-Certified Music Therapists at Higher Octave Healing.
