DESCRIPTION:East Valley 321go!\nDSNetwork has partnered with the National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS) and KinectAbility Athletics to bring you an 8 week program called 321Go! to learn about how to implement healthy lifestyle choices in physical activity\, balanced nutrition\, and emotional wellness. 321go! is a fun and easy set of 3 daily goals and 21 challenges that encourage a daily focus on overall wellbeing. Resources for the program provide education\, support goal setting\, and foster independent skills.\n321Go!
