Adaptive Yoga & Mindful Movement Class

Social, emotional, and physical growth through movement
Join us for a feel-good movement class that supports physical, social, and emotional well-being in a fun, welcoming environment. Each session includes gentle stretching, yoga-inspired movement, playful breathwork, and age-appropriate themes that help participants feel more connected to themselves and the world around them, while building strength, balance, confidence, and body awareness.
Participants will have opportunities to connect with peers, build social skills through cooperation, and express themselves through movement at their own pace. Classes are relaxed, encouraging, and focused on helping individuals feel strong, capable, and connected. No prior yoga or movement experience is needed.
*Geared towards ages 13+ (younger participants considered on a case-by-case basis)
